CORINMAC Automatic Packing and Palletizing Lines Have Been Successfully Installed and Commissioned in Uzbekistan
At the Uzbekistan project site, the automatic packing and palletizing line equipment provided by our company successfully completed all installation, wiring, debugging, and overall system commissioning. The entire system is now ready for production and operation.
This project is equipped with ton bag packing machine, valve bag packaging machine, column palletizer, pallet wrapping machine and a full set of process supporting auxiliary equipment, covering the complete operation process of large-tonnage ton bag filling, valve bag quantitative packaging, automatic palletizing of finished products, and winding and film protection. The entire production line automates the entire process from material discharging to finished product pallet packaging, greatly reducing on-site manual labor intensity, avoiding errors and safety hazards caused by manual packaging and palletizing, and effectively improving packaging accuracy, production rhythm, and storage and transportation protection capabilities.
During the project implementation, our technical team overcame multiple factors such as differences in site conditions and time zone communication in cross-border projects. They strictly followed the technical plan and construction standards to advance equipment placement, pipeline wiring, single-machine debugging, and full-line linkage testing. They verified key indicators such as equipment operating speed, weighing accuracy, stacking posture, and wrapping effect item by item. All parameters met the design standards, and the on-site commissioning task was successfully completed.
The successful implementation of this project further expands our presence in the Central Asian market, providing local building materials and powder customers with efficient and stable intelligent packaging and palletizing solutions.
