Traveling to the project site in Cuba, CORINMAC entire automatic dry mortar production line successfully completed all installation, wiring, single-machine debugging, and joint trial production. The equipment is running stably across the entire line, and all process indicators have met the design requirements.

The entire production line integrates raw material storage, conveying, mixing, dust removal, and automatic valve packaging, achieving automated operation from material feeding, proportioning, and mixing to finished product bagging. During the project implementation, our technical team worked closely with local staff to overcome various objective conditions at the overseas site, efficiently advancing equipment placement, pipeline connection, and program debugging. Simultaneously, they completed hands-on training for on-site operators, ensuring the production line could be quickly put into formal production.

The successful completion of the project marks another achievement in the overseas delivery of our intelligent equipment, contributing to the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the local building materials industry and further expanding the Latin American market.
