The putty powder production line project in Uzbekistan has completed all installation and commissioning work, successfully passed the material-loaded trial run, and officially started production.
The production line is equipped with high-level filling platform, conveying system, and complete set of robotic palletizing equipment, enabling fully automated back-end operations for barrelled products, optimizing production cycle time, and improving workshop operation mode.
During the project implementation, our technical personnel were stationed on-site to carry out tasks such as assembly, electrical wiring, program debugging, and material-loaded testing. They worked closely with the local operations team to overcome various working conditions encountered overseas. After multiple rounds of actual testing, the entire set of equipment operated smoothly, and all technical parameters met production requirements.
