The whole set of automatic packing and palletizing line equipment including automatic bag placer for packing machine, belt conveyor, dust collecting press conveyor, roller conveyor and spare parts, etc.
The bag placer can automatically complete the whole process of picking up the bag, lifting the bag to a specific height, opening the valve port of the bag, and placing the bag valve port on the discharge nozzle of the packing machine. The automatic bag placer consists of two parts: Bag cart and host machine. Each bag placer (bagging machine) is equipped with two bag carts, which can alternately supply bags to ensure that the bag placer can achieve uninterrupted continuous operation.

Key component of this delivery is the advanced air-floating valve bag packing machine. The filling machine is designed to fill valve-type bags with various bulk products. It can be used for packing dry building mixes, cement, gypsum, dry paints, flour and other materials.

Air Flotation Packaging Machine and Supporting Conveyor Line Were Delivered to The UAE

Event: On November 22, 2025. CORINMAC's customized air flotation packaging machine, horizontal finished product conveyor, inclined conveyor, control cabinet and spare parts have been successfully loaded into container and delivered to the UAE.
The valve bag packing machine and its supporting conveyor line shipped this time are specifically designed for automated packaging and continuous conveying of powder and granular materials (such as building materials and chemical raw materials). They possess core advantages such as high-precision metering, efficient and stable operation, and ease of use. The equipment adopts an integrated design, enabling fully automated operation from material conveying and quantitative packaging to finished product output, effectively helping customers reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency and packaging consistency.
To ensure the safety of international transportation, our company has implemented comprehensive protection measures for the equipment: using a double-layer protection system of custom-made wooden crates and moisture-proof plastic film, with key components individually secured and reinforced, strictly adhering to international maritime packaging standards to ensure the equipment remains intact during long-distance transport. Single shaft paddle mixer is the latest and most advanced mixer for dry mortar. It uses hydraulic opening instead of pneumatic valve, which is more stable and reliable. It also has the function of secondary reinforcement locking and has extremely strong sealing performance to ensure that the material does not leak, even water does not leak. It is the latest and most stable mixer developed by our company. With the paddle structure, the mixing time is shortened and the efficiency is improved.

Impulse Bags Dust Collector and Draught Fan were Shipped to Armenia

Event: On September 27, 2025. CORINMAC's DMC-200 impulse bags dust collector and draught fan were successfully loaded and shipped to Armenia.
Pulse dust collector is another dust removal equipment in the drying line. Its internal multi-group filter bag structure and pulse jet design can effectively filter and collect dust in the dust-laden air, so that the dust content of the exhaust air is less than 50mg/m³, ensuring that it meets the environmental protection requirements.
The draught fan is connected to the impulse dust collector, which is used to extract the hot flue gas in the dryer, and it is also the power source for the gas flow of the entire drying line.
