It directly addressing the pain points of ultra-low temperature operations in the region and injecting Chinese intelligent manufacturing power into the automation upgrade of production lines in extreme overseas environments!
This customized column palletizing equipment features an extreme cold-resistant design, solving the challenges of low-temperature operations:
✅ Comprehensive Cold Resistance Upgrade: Core components are adapted to ultra-low temperature environments down to -40℃. The electrical control cabinet is equipped with an air-conditioning main body encased in an intelligent heating system, stably maintaining the operating temperature of components and preventing issues such as moisture absorption and failure at low temperatures;
✅ Enhanced Structural Protection: The machine body is equipped with a windproof sealing cover, and the transmission parts are equipped with self-heating protective components to prevent components from becoming brittle and jamming at low temperatures, ensuring stability during continuous operation;
✅ Compact, Efficient, and Adaptable: The classic column structure has a small footprint, allowing for flexible integration into local production line layouts. Automated palletizing is precise and efficient, significantly replacing manual labor and adapting to production needs in extremely cold environments.
To ensure smooth international transportation and customs clearance, we have customized a special antifreeze and reinforcement protection solution for the equipment: the whole machine is packaged in a custom thickened wooden box, the inside of the box is treated to prevent moisture and scratches, the core precision components are first wrapped with a thickened insulation layer and shockproof foam for double fixation, and the outside of the wooden box is reinforced and sealed to resist the bumps, collisions and temperature and humidity changes during transportation in all aspects, and do our best to ensure that the equipment arrives safely in good condition.
