From October 20 to 22, 2026, CORINMAC complete set of 10-15tph(ton per hour) dry mortar production line equipment was successfully loaded into six containers and shipped to Saudi Arabia. The shipment marks an important delivery milestone for the project and further demonstrates CORINMAC’s capability in supplying complete dry mortar production equipment and supporting overseas project execution in the Middle East market.
The 10-15 TPH dry mortar production line is medium capacity configuration suitable for the scaled production of ordinary dry mortar, plastering mortar, masonry mortar, and related dry-mixed mortar products. A complete dry mortar production line typically consists of raw material storage, weighing and batching, conveying and lifting, mixing, finished product packing, dust collection, and electrical control systems. The equipment was shipped in containers, which facilitates long-distance international transportation and modular on-site installation, helping to shorten the construction and installation period at the project site.
During the container loading process, the equipment modules were reasonably separated, secured, and protected before being loaded into six containers to meet the requirements of moisture protection, anti-collision, and stable transportation during sea freight. Before shipment, the CORINMAC team coordinated the equipment list, packaging plan, loading sequence, and transportation arrangements to ensure that the complete set of equipment could be delivered safely and orderly to the customer’s site in Saudi Arabia. CORINMAC will provide on-site installation guidance, commissioning training, and after-sales service support according to the project schedule, assisting the customer in putting the production line into operation as soon as possible.
